The small size is recommended for users between 5'0" and 5'5" tall. The kit includes a purple exercise ball, an easy-inflate air pump, and workouts. It is recommended to inflate the ball with air, let it stand for 24 hours, deflate it by 50%, then fill it again to 55cm.
